Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dental clinic team. The successful candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote dental services, schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote dental services and special offers.
• Receive and handle inbound calls, answering queries about dental treatments, appointments, and clinic services.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently.
• Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, or appointment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and patient interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide information about dental procedures, payment options, and clinic policies.
• Promote dental packages, discounts, or health plans to prospective patients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role (preferably in healthcare or dental industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude.
• Good organizational and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatments (preferred but not mandatory).

• Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Engage with patients and build rapport to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated with clinic services, promotions, and policies to communicate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,377.77 per month
