Dental Receptionist/Administrator

Pristine Dental and Facial Care is seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and organized female individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for our patients, managing front-desk operations, and supporting our clinic's day-to-day functions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant experience Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently Maintain patient records and assist in patient registration Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times Handle billing and payments with accuracy Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or similar roles (experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Basic computer skills (familiarity with scheduling software is a plus) High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Us?
