Job Title: Full time Receptionist – Dental Clinic, Bangalore
Male / Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients warmly upon their arrival.
- Manage patient appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.- Attend and handle appointment calls promptly and professionally.- Maintain excellent communication with patients, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.- Provide exceptional patient hospitality, creating a positive experience for all visitors.- Manage patient records, appointments, and documentation accurately using computer applications.- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for document and data management.- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with a professional and organized approach.- Maintain good rapport with doctors, dental staff, and patients.- Exhibit presence of mind to handle unexpected situations and patient requirements effectively.- Ensure punctuality and dedication to work with a strong sense of responsibility.- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu to assist a diverse patient base.
Job Hours: 10 A.M. to 8.30 P.M.
With Lunch Break
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
