We are looking for a responsible and friendly Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle front desk duties, manage appointments, take patient feedback, and assist with basic clinical responsibilities in the absence of the dental assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
Manage and schedule appointments via phone, online platforms, or in personMaintain an organized and updated appointment calendarHandle incoming calls, patient queries, and follow-ups efficientlyCollect and record patient feedback after visitsMaintain patient records and ensure confidentialitySupport billing and payment processes when requiredIn the absence of the dental assistant, perform basic duties such as: Preparing dental chairs and instruments o Sterilizing tools o Assisting during basic procedures (as trained)Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and waiting areasCoordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
