Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years in Dental Eligibility Verification (EV)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Dental EV Specialist who have 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification for U.S.-based dental practices. This is a full-time, work-from-office night shift role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient eligibility and dental insurance coverage by calling or using payer portals
• Interpret insurance benefits accurately and update the system with relevant information
• Review and confirm details such as coverage limitations, deductibles, and copays
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and daily reporting standards
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Dental EV (U.S. process)
• Strong knowledge of insurance portals and EV processes
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Comfortable working in night shift and work from office
• Immediate joiners preferred
