Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble dental chairs and related equipment according to technical specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Perform wiring, tubing, and installation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components.
  • Conduct functional tests to ensure the proper operation of dental chairs, including movements, controls, and safety features.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues during assembly or after production tests.
  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to maintain manufacturing standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results.
  • Provide technical support for service, maintenance, and repair tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly of dental chairs (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of wiring, tubing, and connections used in dental chair systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly manuals.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
