Dental Assistant / Chairside Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant to support dentists during clinical procedures, manage chairside operations, and ensure smooth patient experience at the clinic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting in dental treatments and maintaining clinical hygiene and sterilization standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during all dental procedures including scanning, cleaning, fillings, and aligner fittings.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures.
• Ensure all instruments and dental equipment are sterilized and properly maintained.
• Record and update patient details and treatment information accurately.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and follow-up instructions.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently.
• Maintain stock of dental supplies and raise requirements timely.
• Support clinical operations and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Chairside Assistant.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Assistance / Dental Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and chairside etiquette.
• Excellent communication and patient handling skills.
• Detail-oriented, hygienic, and team player attitude.
• Basic computer literacy for updating patient records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
