Job Description

We are looking for motivated and skilled Demi Chefs de Partie to join our central kitchen team in Bahrain. The role will be based in the Continental Cold Kitchen and/or Continental Hot Kitchen, working alongside senior chefs to ensure high-quality food production and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking dishes as per company recipes and standards
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Support the Chef de Partie in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist in inventory control and minimize food wastage
• Work collaboratively within the kitchen team to meet service deadlines

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar central kitchen setup
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification (mandatory)
• Experience in Continental Hot and/or Cold Kitchen
• Maximum age: 45 years
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹63,944.37 - ₹64,944.37 per month
