Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing special meals or substitute items, regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters, and ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Your role will involve maintaining food logs, monitoring the quality and quantity of prepared food, and communicating assistance needed during busy periods. Additionally, you will inform the Chef of excess food items for daily specials, notify Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items, and ensure the quality of food items by following recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist.
