Demat & Clearing Executive

The Demat & Clearing Executive is responsible for managing depository operations, clearing and settlement activities, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of client securities in compliance with regulatory and exchange norms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemat Operations

- Handle Demat account opening, modification, and closure
- Process on-market, off-market, and inter-depository transfers- Handle rematerialisation and demat rejection cases- Coordinate with NSDL and CDSL for depository-related activities

Clearing & Settlement

- Execute pay-in and pay-out of securities and funds
- Monitor settlement obligations for Equity, F&O, and Currency segments- Reconcile client holdings, pool accounts, and clearing accounts- Coordinate with NSE and BSE clearing corporations

Pledge & Margin Operations

- Process margin pledge and unpledge requests
- Ensure proper reporting of pledged securities- Coordinate with RMS for margin shortfall monitoring

Compliance & Regulatory

- Ensure adherence to SEBI and depository regulations
- Maintain accurate DP records, KYC, POA, and agreements- Support internal and regulatory audits

Client & Internal Coordination

- Handle client queries related to demat holdings and settlement
- Coordinate with dealers, RMS, accounts, and compliance teams- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily settlement and DP MIS reports
- Track pending demat requests and turnaround time- Maintain accurate operational records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
