Demand Planning Implementation Senior Consultant

As an o9 Solutions Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering successful end-to-end implementations of o9 Solutions, specifically focusing on the Demand Planning module. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the functional implementation of o9's Demand Planning solution for global and regional supply chain firms. - Collaborating with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective o9 platform configurations. - Driving data integration by working with clients" IT teams and o9 technical consultants for data ingestion, transformation, and modeling. - Developing and executing test scenarios to validate functional and system performance. - Supporting user training and change management initiatives during deployment. - Acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through system adoption and continuous improvement post-implementation. - Coordinating with o9 technical teams and client-side stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4-6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning or IT consulting, with at least 12 full-cycle implementations of the o9 platform, specifically in Demand Planning. - A strong understanding of demand forecasting concepts, statistical modeling, and S&OP processes. - Hands-on experience in configuring o9 Demand Planning modules, including DP foundational blocks, setting up master data and associated hierarchies, IBPL, creating active rules and procedures, setting up UIs, and defining user access roles. - Knowledge of SQL, Python, or integration tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS) would be advantageous. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with other advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP). - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - o9 certification(s) on Technical Level 1 & 2, DP Ref Model.
