Demand Planning Analyst

As a Demand Planning Analyst at Markem-Imaje, you will play a crucial role in preparing all the necessary data for forecasting activities for the full product range worldwide, which includes Printers, Consumables, Spares, and accessories. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and cleansed data for forecasting software Forecast Pro. Additionally, you will be maintaining Excel historical files, external input files, running statistical forecasts, and managing forecast-related master data in SAP. You will also be responsible for owning reports and databases essential for the forecasting process and supporting both the Manager and Demand Planner(s) with data and report-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain Excel historical files for Forecast Pro - Manage external input files for Forecast Pro, such as Financial forecasts and Sales forecast - Run statistical forecasts in Forecast Pro and ensure appropriate models are selected - Maintain forecast-related master data in SAP - Own reports and databases required for the forecasting process - Support Manager and Demand Planner(s) with data and report-related tasks Qualifications Required: - Strong Excel skills including Lookups, Match, Index, Offset, Pivot Tables. Power Query experience is a plus - Proficiency in data processing and manipulation - Knowledge of Statistics and Forecasting methodologies - SAP knowledge is advantageous - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills in English - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Demand Planning role In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be evaluated based on Key Metrics such as Forecast Accuracy BIAS, Demand Plan Adherence WAPE, and Customer Service Level. The work arrangement for this position is Hybrid. Please note that this position is bonus eligible based on performance metrics and criteria outlined in the applicable bonus plan.
