Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Demand Planning Analyst to join our team and help shape how we plan for and respond to market demand. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Excel, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights. Position Summary: As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for forecasting product demand across our portfolio, driving data-driven planning decisions, and improving forecast accuracy. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop aligned demand plans that support business goals. Your work will directly influence purchasing, production planning, and inventory management decisions. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact, ideal for someone who is data-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about building scalable processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs Build and manage Excel-based models to support demand planning and scenario analysis Analyze variances between forecast and actual sales, and recommend adjustments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on demand assumptions Monitor inventory levels and highlight potential stockouts or overstock risks Prepare and present regular demand reports and KPIs to stakeholders Support the implementation of demand planning tools or ERP system enhancements (if applicable) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or a related field 0-2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, nested formulas) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.) is a plus Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus
