Graphic Designer Beauty & Wellness Packaging Specialist

Job Overview: Were seeking a visionary Graphic Designer who can translate the language of beauty and wellness into packaging that captivates both in-store and online. Youll play a central role in shaping our physical brand identityfrom elegant labels and luxe cartons to sensory unboxing experiences that resonate with our health-conscious, design-savvy audience. Key Responsibilities Packaging Design: Craft visually striking, functional packaging for skincare, bath, and wellness products that align with brand aesthetics and comply with all printing specs and regulations. Product Branding: Design labels, tamper seals, cartons, tubes, and wraps that elevate shelf appeal and enhance the consumer journey. Mockups & Prototypes: Develop high-impact 3D mockups and visual prototypes to support product launches, internal presentations, and sales decks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure packaging meets creative vision, logistical needs, and sustainability goals. Print Production: Prepare flawless, print-ready files; coordinate vendor proofing and press checks to ensure accuracy and quality. Trend & Material Research: Stay ahead of emerging packaging trends, sustainable materials, and market innovations to inspire cutting-edge design. Brand Stewardship: Maintain visual consistency across all packaging and product lines, in line with brand tone and design guidelines. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on packaging for beauty, skincare, personal care, or wellness brands. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with 3D rendering software like Adobe Dimension, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus. Deep knowledge of packaging materials, dielines, and print production techniques. Strong visual sensibility with a passion for creating tactile, shelf-ready beauty. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects. A portfolio that showcases standout product and packaging work in the beauty or wellness space. Nice-to-Have Experience with sustainable design and eco-conscious packaging solutions. Familiarity with eCommerce/DTC packaging trends and unboxing strategy. Photography or styling experience for creating packaging mockups, lifestyle imagery, or mood boards.
