Job Title: Demand Generation Executive

Location: Chennai / Remote (India)

About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Executive to plan and execute data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and revenue, owning the full journey from awareness to MQL and supporting conversions to SQL.

You will work closely with sales, content, and product teams to design campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars, events, and partnerships
  • Drive MQL and SQL pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Own lead nurturing workflows using email, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate with sales to define ICP, personas, lead scoring, and qualification criteria
  • Run ABM campaigns for high-value target accounts
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage CRM hygiene, lead routing, and attribution reporting
  • Work with content and design teams to create landing pages, ads, and campaign assets
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Analyze funnel performance and present insights to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and pipeline metrics
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams and align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
  • Exposure to webinars, field events, or partner marketing
  • Familiarity with SaaS buying journeys and long sales cycles
  • Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise customers

Success Metrics

  • MQLs and SQLs generated
  • Pipeline contribution and revenue influence
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and CAC
  • Conversion rates across the funnel
  • Campaign ROI and engagement metrics
