Demand Generation Director

As a Growth Marketing Lead at our client's innovative company, you will be responsible for leading the full-funnel growth engine to drive strategy, execution, and alignment across Marketing & Sales. Your primary goal will be to deliver qualified pipeline and measurable ROI. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and scaling global marketing initiatives across paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound channels. - Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 demand gen experts to drive regional and segment-based plays. - Partnering with Product & Sales teams to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), build pipeline coverage, and ensure attribution accuracy. - Optimizing performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion rates. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams. - Tracking metrics, analyzing funnel performance, and continuously iterating on successful strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 years of experience in growth marketing with full-funnel accountability. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing ROI. - Strong skills in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization. - Hands-on operator with a strategic yet execution-driven approach. - Excellent collaboration skills across Go-To-Market, Growth, and Operations teams.
