Job Description

As a Demand Generation Coordinator at Makunai Global, you will play a crucial role in driving lead acquisition and revenue growth through strategic, data-backed campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** - Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels like email marketing, SEO, social media, events, webinars, and public relations. - Align campaigns with the companys overall marketing strategy for consistent messaging and a strong brand presence. - Generate qualified leads through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies. - **Lead Nurturing & Conversion:** - Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows through email automation, content marketing, and targeted follow-ups. - Implement segmentation strategies for personalized messaging. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams for smooth lead handoff and continued engagement. - **Data-Driven Optimization:** - Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to optimize and scale programs for maximum impact. - Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and analytics tools for refining strategies and improving ROI. - Refine lead scoring models and targeting strategies based on data insights. - **Content Strategy & Collaboration:** - Partner with the content team to develop compelling resources that attract, educate, and convert leads. - Optimize content for SEO to enhance lead capture opportunities. - **Budget & Resource Management:** - Manage the demand generation budget effectively across channels. - Track and report on ROI for paid campaigns and lead generation initiatives. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for a unified approach in targeting potential customers. - Participate in industry events, webinars, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. - **Reporting & Performance Metrics:** - Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, Conversion Rate, CPL, MQLs, and overall campaign ROI. - Use analytics tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 0-5 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing. - Proven track record of driving lead generation campaigns with measurable results. - Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead nurturing. - Data-driven mindset with analytical skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
