As a Demand Generation Content Creator at ClinicMind, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, strategic content to drive lead generation and enhance ClinicMind's position in the healthcare practice industry. Your role will involve developing various marketing assets such as white papers, guides, workshops, and videos to attract, educate, and convert healthcare providers evaluating ClinicMind's solutions. This position requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a focus on performance-driven results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop value-driven content including white papers, guides, and downloads to support inbound and nurture campaigns. - Design and manage self-guided workshops and educational resources to facilitate engagement with ClinicMind's platform. - Collaborate on video content creation, including explainers, case studies, webinars, and product walkthroughs. - Maintain ClinicMind's brand voice across all materials to ensure credibility, insightfulness, and a mentor-like approach. - Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify content gaps and align messaging with business objectives. - Stay updated on product updates and new features, becoming a subject matter expert to effectively communicate them. - Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content for lead generation and conversion. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in content marketing or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology. - Demonstrated success in creating high-performing content that drives measurable pipeline or lead outcomes. - Portfolio showcasing marketing assets created and their impact on lead generation or measurable results. - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats and channels. - Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, designers, and video editors, with availability during U.S. working hours. Bonus Points: - Experience in healthcare, EHR, or medical billing software. - Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and marketing automation tools. - Experience with campaign management through platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
