Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Agra. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient workflows within the company. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, streamlining processes, implementing strategies for operational improvement, and supervising team performance. The role also involves handling website(wordpress and shopify) development projects, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
