Role Overview: You will be a member of a fintech company called Profinch, which specializes in providing technology solutions to empower banks to transform their operations and prepare for the future. With a team of 300 employees, including skilled banking technologists, Profinch serves over 70 banks across 40 countries in India, UAE, and Singapore. Key Responsibilities: - Manage enterprise-class Java/J2EE applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Design, develop, build, test, document, release, deploy, and maintain applications - Devise and implement solutions aligning with architectural and business requirements - Collaborate with internal and external web services - Troubleshoot issues and implement system changes - Collaborate effectively within your team and with other teams - Break down tasks meticulously, estimate accurately, and provide regular progress updates - Engage with customers for product demonstrations and delivery schedules, involving medium to short-duration travels - Present project plans, track delivery progress, and engage with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in delivering projects to customers - Strong technical skills - Experience in Core Banking Delivery or similar Banking Projects (advantageous) - Strong presentation and communication skills (Note: The above job description does not include any additional details about the company.),
