Delivery Operations Specialist

Role Overview: As a Delivery Operations Specialist at Accenture, your role involves analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, and adapting existing methods and procedures. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor or team leads, and you will generally interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. You should be able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance. Your decisions may impact the team where you work and occasionally other teams. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
