Job Description

Role Overview: As a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for liaising with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners. Your role will involve understanding hiring demand priorities, posting job requisitions, managing recruitment processes, ensuring onboarding completion, and achieving required Service Levels. You will play a crucial part in delivering hiring commitments on time and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring demand priorities - Receive requisitions for job profiles in the client's ATS - Post job requisitions using specified vendors - Implement client branding strategies consistently across locations - Utilize analytics insights to source effectively and advise the Talent Acquisition CoE - Manage sourcing, processing exceptions, and candidate disposition - Ensure completion of onboarding forms and background checks - Achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets across client operation locations - Ensure client Hiring Managers complete requisitions and required approvals - Monitor automation progress and suggest continuous improvements Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting work experience - Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in large teams and serving clients - Excellent communication and selling skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English or Spanish (bilingual is a plus) - Ability to deliver work on time with high quality - Passion for meeting hiring commitments within agreed Service Levels About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company known for its expertise in digital, cloud, and security services.
