Job Description

As a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves working closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners to fulfill hiring demand priorities efficiently. You will be responsible for various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, managing exceptions, and ensuring completion of onboarding procedures. Additionally, you will leverage analytics insights to optimize sourcing strategies and advise the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Your focus will be on achieving service levels, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in automation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring priorities and receive job requisitions - Utilize vendor channels to post job requisitions effectively - Deploy client branding strategies consistently across locations - Manage recruitment process aspects such as sourcing and processing exceptions - Ensure completion of onboarding forms and background checks for candidates - Achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets and service levels - Monitor automation processes for continuous improvement - Brainstorm and highlight opportunities for process enhancement **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience - Bachelor's degree with HR specialization - Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with large teams and clients - Excellent communication and selling skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English or Spanish; bilingual skills are a plus - Ability to deliver work on time with high quality - Passion for meeting hiring commitments within agreed Service Levels - Willingness to work in rotational shifts In this role at Accenture, you will be expected to analyze and solve complex problems, interact with peers and potentially clients or management, and make decisions that impact your work and possibly others".
