About The Role

Skill required: Property & Casualty - Property and Casualty Insurance

Designation: Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

Qualifications:Chartered Accountant/Master of Business Administration/CA Inter

Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

What would you do? We are responsible for preparing the insurance accounting and preparing of Financial statement for insurance. We prepare Variance Analysis for different comparatives for Senior management and external reporting including Commentaries, ratio analysis etc.

What are we looking for?

Ability to establish strong client relationship

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills

Written and verbal communicationLooking for a candidate who is well versed in insurance accounting and who will be able to prepare the Variance Analysis for the insurance company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others

In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
