Delivery Manager Web Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple web development projects ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Define project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Team & Resource Management

• Lead and mentor development teams consisting of front-end, back-end, and QA engineers.
• Coordinate across design, development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage resource allocation and optimize team productivity.

• Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, provide regular project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

• Process & Quality Management

• Implement and maintain best practices in agile delivery, CI/CD, and code quality standards.
• Drive process improvement and delivery efficiency through metrics and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and governance frameworks.

• Technical Oversight

• Collaborate with architects and tech leads on solution design and technical feasibility.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and recommend relevant adoption.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security standards in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years

  of total experience with at least

  4+ years

  in project or delivery management roles.
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level web applications

  .
• Strong understanding of

  web technologies

  such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), backend frameworks (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python), and CMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with

  Agile / Scrum

  delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in

  digital transformation
