Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Assistant Manager to manage and optimize web acquisition campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPS, CPT, CPD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of tracking, campaign analytics, and publisher management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across CPL, CPA, CPS, CPT, and CPD models.
• Develop and optimize media plans to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard key affiliates and publishers to expand business reach.
• Collaborate closely with publishers and vendors to design innovative campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign tracking, pixel placement, and troubleshooting of tracking-related issues.
• Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights to improve delivery and performance.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners while exploring new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English Speaking Writing, MS Excel, MS PPT.
• Should have knowledge related to pixel placements & tracking related queries
