The ideal candidate should have extensive delivery experience in domains such as Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, and Storage, and be passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence, and business growth. This role requires a high level of cross-functional leadership, strong client engagement, and hands-on understanding of technology and product development. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership Oversee multiple industrial automation and embedded software projects from initiation to completion Ensure delivery within defined timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints Implement scalable and efficient project governance structures and risk management practices Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating requirements into executable plans Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery Willingness to travel to Agiliad offices and customer locations in India, USA, Japan, and Singapore as per business needs Technology & Delivery Oversight Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions built on C++, Java, AI/ML, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Oversee the integration of AI/ML models and data platform capabilities into product and enterprise solutions Leverage knowledge of TCP/IP, real-time data, edge computing, and cloud-native architectures Strategic Planning Define and implement delivery strategies including Agile, DevOps, and Quality Certifications (e.g., ISO, IEC) Plan investments and initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and scalability KPI Management Drive key performance indicators (KPIs): revenue, utilization, customer ratings, talent density, and attrition Monitor progress and proactively address performance gaps Infrastructure Development Build and maintain a strong delivery infrastructure, including tools, frameworks, and processes to support organizational growth Align delivery capabilities with business expansion and technology roadmaps People Leadership Lead career development and performance management programs across teams Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to improve team effectiveness Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence Innovation & IP Development Establish and nurture Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and IP development teams Encourage formation of strong core technology communities (e.g., architects, agile specialists) Drive innovation to enhance competitiveness and reduce overall cost of ownership Business Development Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, expand into new markets, and improve profitability Improve project delivery methodologies and support pre-sales activities when required Technology Integration Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends (AI/ML, IoT, Cloud, Data Platforms) Collaborate with R&D to pilot and implement innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve outcomes Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with HR on hiring strategies, campus outreach, and early-career talent development Partner with Learning & Development teams for training and upskilling programs Work with IT, Infrastructure, and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience: 18+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong technical background in C++, Java, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience delivering AI/ML, data platform, and digital transformation projects Proven experience in any or all of the following domains: Medical Devices (e.g., connected health, regulatory compliance, embedded systems) Industrial Automation (e.g., real-time control, IoT, communication protocols) Enterprise Storage (e.g., storage virtualization, file systems, backup solutions) Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software practices Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills ________________________________________ ________________________________________ Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field ________________________________________ Why Join Us?
