Job Description

As a Delivery Lead Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Finance Operations vertical. Your main responsibility will be to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your tasks will include financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will design and implement tools and processes that enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. This will involve assessing materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics using financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company. What we are looking for in a candidate: - Written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, and Advanced Excel - Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis of revenue, working capital, gross margin & SG&A, pricing, and predictive reporting - Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal In this role, you will be required to: - Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility - Create solutions that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives - Set strategic direction and establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility - Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters - Have the autonomy in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments - Manage large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture, with decisions that have a lasting impact on the area of responsibility and potentially beyond Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. A graduation degree is a mandatory qualification for this position.,
