Delivery Head

As a Delivery Leader at Birlasoft, you will be the overall owner for the success of the Delivery organization. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end delivery of all programs through various governance mechanisms, enabling the Delivery Managers and Team, and maintaining key customer connects on a regular basis. You will stay updated on the latest developments and trends within RPA, AI, and the Metaverse, integrating new knowledge and best practices into project management methodologies. Providing strategic and operational direction as well as leadership to the Program Directors and Managers will be crucial. Your role will involve successful transition with measurable success criteria across GEOs with large teams. You will be responsible for the delivery of all projects on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Having a strong understanding of RPA tools, AI concepts, and familiarity with Metaverse platforms and technologies will be essential. Project planning, risk/issue management, project status reviews and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. As the SPOC for customer delivery and escalation point, you must possess excellent articulation skills. People management skills are required for handling Senior Project/Program Managers/Delivery Managers. Active participation in Pre-Sales and driving Account growth activities, including owning the RFP and responses, will be expected from you. You will act as an advisor to internal and external stakeholders on components contributing to delivery and implement practical process improvements and lean manufacturing best practices within and across accounts. Your track record should demonstrate improving margins and operational excellence parameters with thought leadership in Technology support methodology. Experience in handling large engagements/portfolios in an offshore/onshore model with strong customer-facing skills is necessary. Managing multiple technologies, especially with D&A experience, and a large portfolio with varied commercial constructs will be part of your role. Exposure to Life Science and Medical Devices, healthcare technologies is preferred. Your experience should include 18+ years of handling large digital programs with an LSS/Healthcare domain background. Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, formulate and express ideas clearly, and establish/maintain customer relationships at all levels are essential. Strong management, organizational, team-building, coaching, and mentoring skills are required. You should have a well-established track record of producing high-quality results while assessing and planning IT capabilities and transforming large technology programs. Your hands-on experience in managing large, medium to complex projects with proven methodologies under tight timelines will be crucial, including driving customer engagements end-to-end with budget responsibility, delivery team success reporting, and invoicing.
