Order Delivery: Transporting goods from the warehouse or seller to customers. Ensuring timely and safe delivery of items to the correct address. Route Planning: Efficiently planning your daily route to minimize delivery time. Using navigation tools to avoid delays. Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers about delivery status. Addressing any customer inquiries or issues during delivery. Package Handling: Loading, unloading, and handling packages safely. Ensuring packages are delivered in the same condition they were picked up. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of deliveries (e.g., signing off deliveries, taking proof of delivery). Handling cash on delivery (COD) when applicable. Maintenance of Vehicle: Ensuring your delivery vehicle is in good condition and regularly maintained. Compliance: Adhering to company policies and local regulations regarding traffic laws and safety.
