Job Description

As a Delivery Excellence professional at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Quality Management Systems for assigned engagements. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating a continuous improvement culture across the global BPO by fostering Lean and digital transformation methodologies. - Ensuring the Continuous Improvement approach is implemented across Engagements and Centers. - Mentoring Lean Six Sigma projects using digital transformation and robotic process automation. - Improving the organization DNA by providing training on Lean and Six Sigma. - Supporting process alignment based on best-in-class processes. - Facilitating global sharing of innovation, new methodologies, and benchmarking. - Supporting Big Data analytics and Cloud Computing services. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - LSS Blackbelt certification (internal or external) with Blackbelt project experience, including at least 1 high-impact project and 4-5 other projects. - Data Analysis skills, including inferential statistics and basic statistics. - Delivery excellence experience, including conducting process assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading ideation to implementation cycles. - Knowledge of RPA technologies such as Uipath, Blueprism, AA, and AI.
