Role Overview: As a Process Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to define and simplify processes to meet the current business needs. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for process improvements, aiding in industrializing processes through tools and training, and being knowledgeable in responding to process and quality-related queries. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with business, delivery, and DEx Enable teams to research industry trends and competition. - Gather inputs to define relevant and effective processes for adoption. - Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to implement innovative thoughts and make processes more adaptable. - Identify and recommend suitable engineering tools for project execution. - Utilize techniques like value stream mapping to suggest automations for process definition. - Develop documentation such as Functional Requirements and design documents for process re-engineering approaches. - Define processes with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders. - Design the scope for process automation. - Ensure compliance of defined processes with frameworks and quality standards. - Program manage the definition of process delivery aids. - Orchestrate processes on the Enterprise Delivery platform. - Develop rollout plans for processes focusing on effective evangelization and communication. - Create training materials and communication artifacts for process rollout. - Work with Delivery teams and stakeholders in training, piloting, and rollout activities. - Enhance processes based on feedback received. - Represent the process team in client and external certification audits. - Provide support on Request For Information/Request For Proposals. - Possess skills in Delivery Excellence, ITIL, Value stream mapping, DA, DRM, and design documents. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Strong skills in Delivery Excellence, ITIL, and design documents.
