Delivery Boy/Girl

As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders from the outlet to customer locations in a timely manner. Ensuring that the items are delivered safely, neatly, and in proper condition will be crucial. Clear communication with customers and providing delivery updates to the store are essential aspects of your role. Additionally, maintaining delivery logs and receipts, as well as offering polite and friendly customer service, are key responsibilities. During low delivery times, you may also be required to assist with packing or front-desk work. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and deliver orders to customer locations promptly - Ensure safe and proper delivery of items - Communicate effectively with customers and provide delivery updates to the store - Maintain delivery logs and receipts - Offer polite and friendly customer service - Assist with packing or front-desk work during low delivery times Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 10th Pass - Hold a valid two-wheeler driving license if using your own bike - Possess your own vehicle - Good communication skills in Tamil - Well-groomed appearance and presentable demeanor This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
