Job Description

Key Responsibilities Collect and deliver goods/packages to customers on time. Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery. Handle cash/online payments and provide receipts when required. Maintain proper delivery records and submit reports to the supervisor. Ensure products are delivered in good condition without any damage. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter). Follow assigned routes and schedules for maximum efficiency. Adhere to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (or as per company policy). Valid Driving License (2-wheeler mandatory). Own two-wheeler with valid RC/Insurance [if applicable]. Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights. Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
