Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and punctual Delivery Boy (Biker) to deliver packages, food, or documents to customers in a timely and safe manner. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, own or operate a bike, and be familiar with local routes and traffic regulations. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items to customers as assigned. Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition. Follow the most efficient routes and meet delivery timelines. Communicate with dispatch team or supervisor for delivery updates. Collect payments when required (COD) and maintain proper records. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bike. Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications: Minimum high school education or equivalent (preferred). Valid driving license for motorcycle/scooter. Good knowledge of local areas, routes, and GPS usage. Prior delivery experience is a plus. Basic communication skills (spoken and written). Must be reliable, honest, and customer-focused. Requirements: Own a bike or scooter (in some cases, company-provided vehicle). Smartphone with GPS/navigation apps. Physically fit and able to carry small to medium parcels. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Work Conditions: Outdoor work in all weather conditions. Fast-paced environment. Performance-based incentives may be offered.
