Delivery Operations: Picking up items from a central location (like a warehouse or restaurant) and delivering them to specified customer addresses within a given timeframe. Route Management: Planning daily travel routes efficiently using GPS or maps and adhering to assigned schedules. Package Handling: Loading, unloading, and handling packages with care to prevent damage during transit. Documentation & Payments: Obtaining customer signatures, verifying order accuracy, and collecting payments if required. Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks (e.g., refueling, cleanliness) and reporting any issues promptly. Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints to ensure a positive experience. Safety & Compliance: Following all traffic laws and road safety regulations to maintain a clean driving record.
