Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Boys/Bikers to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of packages to customers across the Kalyan area. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely manner Ensure safe handling of all deliveries and maintain package integrity Follow designated delivery routes and optimize travel time Collect payments and obtain delivery confirmations from customers Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation Communicate effectively with customers and team members Perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicle Report any delivery issues or customer complaints to supervisor Requirements: Valid driving license for two-wheeler Own vehicle (bike/scooter) preferred Good knowledge of local area and routes Basic Hindi, Marathi, or Kannada communication skills Physical fitness to handle packages and long riding hours Honest, punctual, and customer service oriented Freshers welcome - training will be provided
