As a Delivery Leader/Architect specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI, your role will involve designing and delivering innovative CCAI solutions. With over 12 years of experience, you will lead complex technical projects from inception to completion, integrating Dialogflow solutions with various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and delivering Google CCAI solutions, focusing on CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow (ES/CX). - Integrating Dialogflow solutions with different channels such as Genesys, Twilio, and Google Contact Center AI Partner Integrations. - Utilizing your expertise in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), and conversational AI principles. - Demonstrating proficiency in programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Java for custom integrations and fulfillment logic. - Leading cross-functional technical projects, showcasing strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to AI/ML and data pipelines. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Proven experience in integrating Dialogflow solutions and leading technical projects. - Proficiency in at least one programming language for custom integrations. - Understanding of IT security, data privacy, and compliance best practices in a contact center context. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a relevant field. - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer certification. - Experience with other Google AI services like Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and Vertex AI. - Familiarity with contact center technologies and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk. - Experience in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.,
