As a Delivery Leader/Architect with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI, your role will involve designing and delivering Google CCAI solutions, specifically focusing on CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow (ES/CX). You will be responsible for integrating Dialogflow solutions with various channels such as Genesys, Twilio, and Google Contact Center AI Partner Integrations. Additionally, you will need to have a deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), and conversational AI principles. Your proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java) will be crucial for custom integrations and fulfillment logic. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver Google CCAI solutions, with a focus on CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow (ES/CX). - Integrate Dialogflow solutions with different channels like Genesys, Twilio, and Google Contact Center AI Partner Integrations. - Demonstrate expertise in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), and conversational AI principles. - Utilize your programming skills in languages like Python, Node.js, or Java for custom integrations and fulfillment logic. - Lead complex, cross-functional technical projects from concept to completion. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Hands-on experience in designing and delivering Google CCAI solutions, particularly in CCAI Agent Assist and Dialogflow (ES/CX). - Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java) for custom integrations and fulfillment logic. - Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially those relevant to AI/ML and data pipelines. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. In addition to the above, the company prefers candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant field, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer certification, experience with other Google AI services (e.g., Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Vertex AI), familiarity with contact center technologies and CRM platforms, experience with pre-sales activities, understanding of IT security, data privacy, and compliance best practices, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.,
