About the Role We are seeking a Delinea PAM Consultant to support Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations for the fashion / retail industry . The consultant will ensure secure access management , extend functionalities, and integrate custom modules and launcher setups while working closely with the GRC team . Key Responsibilities fashion / retail industry Manage Privileged Access using Delinea ensuring secure authentication & access control . Handle access for human and non-human identities, focusing on least privilege and automation . Extend functionalities & implement custom modules to enhance PAM capabilities. Set up & manage launcher configurations to streamline workflows. Ensure seamless integration with SAP GRC & identity governance frameworks . Collaborate with the GRC team for risk mitigation & compliance enforcement . Work in an automation-driven environment , proactively managing access risks . Support retail/fashion industry clients (Nike, Live, etc.) with tailored PAM solutions. Required Experience & Skills 9+ years of overall experience in security & identity management . 1+ year of hands-on experience with Delinea PAM solutions . Strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (Delinea, CyberArk, Thycotic). Proficiency in SAP GRC and security compliance frameworks. Familiarity with automation-driven environments & access risk management . Experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus . Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders . Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills in access control environments. Work Mode & Shift Timings Remote Role Based in India . IST Hours (10 AM 7 PM)
