As a Senior Information Security Professional at Wipro Limited, you will utilize your expertise to lead in the field of Information Security, specifically focusing on the Identity and Access Management domain. With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Information Security or related technology fields, you will play a key role in designing and implementing security solutions to meet the complex digital transformation needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include working with BeyondTrust PAM solution, from requirements gathering to design and implementation. You should have hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM components such as Vault, resource broker, and application servers. Additionally, you will be expected to integrate the PAM solution with various platforms including on-prem servers, cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS applications, web applications, network devices, Active Directory, and databases. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience is required for this role. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in producing quality documentation and collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment. In this role, you will lead requirement gathering sessions, design and implement PAM solutions, provide support for production infrastructure systems, and operate as a technical subject matter expert in the PAM space. Must Have Skills: 5 to 7 years of experience in deployment & implementation of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large scale customers across various industry verticals Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership Have a strong knowledge of the CyberArk privileged account security suite CyberArkversion 7.x, 8.x, 9.x and 10.x . About the Role We are seeking a Delinea PAM Consultant to support Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations for the fashion / retail industry . The consultant will ensure secure access management , extend functionalities, and integrate custom modules and launcher setups while working closely with the GRC team . Key Responsibilities fashion / retail industry Manage Privileged Access using Delinea ensuring secure authentication & access control . Handle access for human and non-human identities, focusing on least privilege and automation . Extend functionalities & implement custom modules to enhance PAM capabilities. Set up & manage launcher configurations to streamline workflows. Ensure seamless integration with SAP GRC & identity governance frameworks . Collaborate with the GRC team for risk mitigation & compliance enforcement . Work in an automation-driven environment , proactively managing access risks . Support retail/fashion industry clients (Nike, Live, etc.) with tailored PAM solutions. Required Experience & Skills 9+ years of overall experience in security & identity management . 1+ year of hands-on experience with Delinea PAM solutions . Strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (Delinea, CyberArk, Thycotic). Proficiency in SAP GRC and security compliance frameworks. Familiarity with automation-driven environments & access risk management . Experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus . Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders .
