Implementation of Privileged Identity Management solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals Worked on building teams from scratch for implementation and operations and has a fair understanding of resourcing, planning, etc. Good understanding of BEYONDTRUST Components, its architecture and has hands-on experience in complex implementations Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership Open to travel as and when required for deployment at customer sites Implement and manage EPM use cases in the environment Troubleshooting and providing service support by diagnosing & resolving EPM solution issues and handling communications with the product vendor to resolve any product bug and SRs Primary Skill: 4 to 8 years of experience in operations OR deployment & implementation of Endpoint Privilege Management solution using leading EPM tools for large scale customers across various industry verticals on Windows and Mac endpoints Should have experience with at least 2 products from the following: Thycotic Privilege Manager, Avecto DefendPoint, BeyondTrust,PowerBroker Product specific certification is highly desirable Should have understanding of GPO and how related policies work Experience in development and implementation of BEYONDTRUST, Privileged Identity ManagementSolution. Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories: Oracle Internet Directory Sun Directory Server Active Directory Tivoli Directory Server CA Directory Experience in using database client tools like Toad, etc. Experience in using standard protocols like SSH, Telnet, RDP, etc. and related tools like Putty. Experience in working with the Network devices like firewalls, routers, etc. Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include customized integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts. Knowledge of basic networking Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems from PIM integration and debugging perspective Secondary Skills: Experience of any other privileged identity manager product- IBM PIM, NetIQ PIM etc. Good to have Skills: Experience of any other privileged identity manager product- IBM PIM, NetIQ PIM etc. Knowledge of any programing language like Java, .Net, etc. Certifications: Certification in BEYONDTRUSTwill be preferred.

Experience in the use of CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management. Good understating of CyberArk components like EPM, OPM, AIM, etc. Capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, the target architecture and high-level requirements. Design and Architecture of the overall CyberArk implementation. Performing compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and to Provide alerts and reports appropriately. Investigate, Provide RCA and resolve Incidents. Open to travel as and when required for deployment at customer sites Be a strong team player Advanced knowledge of windows/VMware administration. About the Role We are seeking a Delinea PAM Consultant to support Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations for the fashion / retail industry . The consultant will ensure secure access management , extend functionalities, and integrate custom modules and launcher setups while working closely with the GRC team . Key Responsibilities fashion / retail industry Manage Privileged Access using Delinea ensuring secure authentication & access control . Handle access for human and non-human identities, focusing on least privilege and automation . Extend functionalities & implement custom modules to enhance PAM capabilities. Set up & manage launcher configurations to streamline workflows. Ensure seamless integration with SAP GRC & identity governance frameworks . Collaborate with the GRC team for risk mitigation & compliance enforcement . Work in an automation-driven environment , proactively managing access risks . Support retail/fashion industry clients (Nike, Live, etc.) with tailored PAM solutions. Required Experience & Skills 9+ years of overall experience in security & identity management . 1+ year of hands-on experience with Delinea PAM solutions . Strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (Delinea, CyberArk, Thycotic). Proficiency in SAP GRC and security compliance frameworks. Familiarity with automation-driven environments & access risk management . Experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus . Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders . Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills in access control environments. Work Mode & Shift Timings Remote Role Based in India . IST Hours (10 AM 7 PM)

Hands-on exp: CyberArk & identity governance tools. Strong knowledge: Active Directory. Exp: Java & Python for automation/integration is essential. Design, implementation, support & documentation (HLD/LLD). Exp on-prem/cloud PAM solutions preferred.
