You will be responsible for overseeing final-mile deliveries and managing return-to-origin (RTO) operations for our organization. Your role will involve optimizing delivery processes, coordinating with logistics platforms such as Shiprocket and Delhivery, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders while handling returns effectively. Your key responsibilities will include managing last-mile delivery operations by coordinating delivery processes, optimizing delivery routes, tracking delivery progress in real-time, and collaborating with delivery partners to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing RTO rates, identifying reasons for returns, improving address verification processes, and ensuring timely handling of undelivered shipments. In terms of logistics coordination and reporting, you will be required to maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and RTOs, generate reports on delivery performance and customer feedback, and work closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to streamline order processing. Furthermore, you will need to address customer complaints related to delayed or failed deliveries effectively. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in last-mile logistics or e-commerce delivery operations, hands-on experience with logistics platforms like Shiprocket and Delhivery, and a strong understanding of RTO management and return reduction strategies. Proficiency in route optimization tools, real-time tracking solutions, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple logistics partners efficiently is essential. Preferred qualifications include a background in e-commerce, retail logistics, or courier services, familiarity with COD shipments and fraud prevention, as well as proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management software. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, requiring you to have reliable commuting or relocation plans before starting work. The role will involve working day shifts in person at our Gurgaon location. An experience of at least 1 year in Microsoft Excel is required for this role.
