Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Expanded Share Ownership strategy as a Deferred Compensation Lead. This role, situated within the Total Rewards function in HR, requires you to act as a subject matter expert in executing, communicating, and delivering on the predetermined strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing the deferred compensation strategy aligned with senior executive objectives and directions - Engaging with senior business stakeholders for feedback and necessary adjustments to the strategy - Leading program socialization activities, including with senior business leaders - Identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities by collaborating with other project managers and portfolio leads - Supporting effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation - Planning and delivering effective stakeholder management, including coordination of project status updates for leadership To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, particularly cash compensation into public company stock, within complex, global organizations - Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation - Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with direct experience with senior executives (C-suite) - Ability to clearly articulate ideas and present information engagingly to senior leaders, including preparing stakeholder materials effectively - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges, and executing tasks - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance of programs - Flexibility in work hours to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours Desirable qualifications include experience in navigating regulatory requirements, understanding union/works council considerations, working in a remote/hybrid setup in a global organization, and holding a degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field. Please note that the job requires working in the US shift from 6.30 pm to 3.30 am and can be done remotely.,
