Deep Learning Engineer (TensorFlow – Image Classification)

Project Details:

• You will preprocess the dataset, apply augmentations if needed, and prepare it for training.
• Choose or fine-tune an appropriate architecture that balances accuracy with model size (e.g., EfficientNet-Lite, MobileNet, or another suitable lightweight model).
• Train and validate the model until reliable and agreed accuracy benchmarks are met.
• Provide clear metrics (accuracy, loss curves, validation performance, etc.) at each stage of training for transparency.
• Convert the final model into TensorFlow Lite format with optimizations (preferably quantization) enabled.
• Test the TFLite model to ensure the output signatures are functional.
• Deliver the following assets:
• The .tflite model file
• Label map
• Training and inference scripts (so the model can be reproduced or updated in the future)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with

  TensorFlow and deep learning

  .
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of neural networks, image classification, and model optimization for mobile/embedded devices.
• Proficiency in preprocessing pipelines, image processing, and computer vision tasks.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow Lite conversion and optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, etc.).
• Ability to communicate progress clearly with metrics and timelines.
