Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Decorative Sales Executive based in Aligarh.

The Decorative Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, promoting decorative paints and coatings, coordinating with marketing teams, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and meeting sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the paint or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
