You must possess strong analytical and verbal skills, along with the ability to work under desired timelines. Being focused, self-motivated, and having previous relevant experience are essential for this position, while experience in origination would be an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Working on debt raising transactions for Corporate Finance Clients in multiple sectors - Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies and industries - Preparation of Financial Models, Information Memorandum, Project Reports, and related documents - Preparation of Presentation and Pitch Books - Coordinating and liaising with banks, NBFCs, and FIs - Maintaining and developing new relationships with financial institutions - Assisting in the legal documentation, due diligence, and closing process of transactions through constant contact with clients and debt providers **Qualifications Required:** - CA or equivalent thereof is preferable - MBA with an engineering background can also apply At CapitalSquare, we value your expertise and dedication in the field of debt syndication.
