Job Description

The Debt Recovery Executive will be responsible for following up with clients and customers to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. The role involves coordinating with customers through calls, visits, and written communication to facilitate repayments and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contact customers via phone calls, emails, or visits to recover pending payments.
Maintain detailed records of follow-ups, payment commitments, and recoveries.
Negotiate and settle overdue accounts in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales team to verify outstanding balances and discrepancies.
Escalate chronic defaulters or legal recovery cases to management when necessary.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and recovery targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to support future business opportunities.

QUALIFICATION & OTHER SKILLS:

1–3 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple recovery cases simultaneously.
Must be disciplined, result-oriented, and willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
