Job Description

As a Recovery Caller (DRA Certified) at our company, your role involves upselling and cross-selling relevant services or products during recovery calls. You will be responsible for achieving sales and recovery targets, reporting progress to supervisors, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Upsell and cross-sell relevant services or products during the recovery call. - Achieve sales/recovery targets set by the company. - Report recovery and sales progress to supervisors. - Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications Required: - Fresher to any experience (DRA Certificate is mandatory). - Undergraduate or Graduate (both eligible).
