The Dean/Director of the Business School is a senior academic leader responsible for providing strategic direction, academic excellence, and effective administration within the School. This role involves fostering a positive and collaborative environment ,ensuring the overall success of academic programs, faculty, and students.

Academic Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement academic programs that align with the university's mission and goals.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, research, and innovation within the School.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for success in the business world.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the School that aligns with the overall university strategy.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, research initiatives, and industry partnerships.

Faculty Development:

• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-calibre faculty members.
• Support faculty in their professional development, research, and pursuit of external funding.
• Encourage a collaborative environment that promotes academic freedom.

Accreditation and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the School meets accreditation standards and works towards continuous improvement in academic quality.
• Lead the preparation of accreditation reports and reviews.
