Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gwalior for the position of Dean, School of Management and Commerce. The Dean will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, faculty development, student affairs, and research activities within the school. Daily tasks will include managing budgets, developing and implementing strategies for academic excellence, ensuring accreditation standards are met, fostering partnerships with the industry, and ensuring the overall quality of education.

• Proven track record in Research, Publications, and Accreditation processes

• Ph.D. in a related field and extensive academic and administrative experience
